Inclusive smart cities

The large and varied increase in urban population is leading many cities to smart technological solutions to create more sustainable environments and improve the provision of public services.

But shortcomings in the design and implementation of the “smart city” combined with the digital diversity of the population, may result in the impossibility of developing such a project for some cities.

So the question arises that these cities could adopt digital solutions instead of hindering their integration into the new technological development?
